Orders
being shipped outside of the UK:
female-seeds will
only answer order inquiries via an order number and
indicate that either an order has or has not been shipped. Once
an order has been shipped overseas our responsibility for that
order is over
Failure to receive an order due to the worlds postal systems is
a purchaser liability as we cannot be held responsible for theft
within foreign postal services and/or seizure by customs
female-seeds
will NOT replace seized orders, as this could perhaps be
interpreted to imply collusion and would be in conflict with our
Terms & Conditions.
Missing Order Policy.
If your order is missing, we have a wait period of up to five
weeks. letters get returned to us every week because an improper
address or recipient name is used. It takes up to five weeks or
more for a letter to be returned to us so we ask that you be
patient and most of all polite, so we can quickly help to
resolve the problem. Emailing us everyday will not help the
situation.

GROWING CANNABIS IS ILLEGAL IN MOST COUNTRIES *
We strongly
advise against breaking the law! Inform yourself about the
legality of Cannabis in your country before planting any of
these seeds! The seeds, which we provide, are intended only for
export to countries where cultivation of Cannabis is permitted!
It is the sole
responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws
which apply to the possession and use of any items listed on our
site. Please consult local, provincial and federal laws
(including pertinent laws applied to your country) before
placing an order.
By placing an
order, the purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age and
that products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. The
purchaser agrees that he/she will not use or allow others to use
any item from this web site in an illegal manner.
The purchaser
further agrees to hold female-seeds harmless for claims,
actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in
connection with any use of products ordered from this web site.
female-seeds
does not assume any responsibility if seeds are confiscated by
customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping falls on the
customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products
are intended only for export to countries where their use is not
restricted. female-seeds does not accept any
product-liability.
Privacy Policy.
female-seeds does
not keep any records of clients nor any information created when
visiting this site. Client information is kept private during
any transactions and deleted/destroyed once that transaction is
over.
Replacement
Policy.
Any item received
that is damaged will be replaced if sent back to us in the
sealed container. This warranty is void if the packet has been
opened.
Records are
destroyed in 8 weeks
Please note
All records of
transaction are destroyed after 8 weeks and it is impossible to
track items / orders that are alleged not to have arrived /
non-germinated / intercepted or other wise.
Failure to
contact us in this time frame is your responsibility, and we can
not be held responsible for orders after the 8 week period has
passed.
