We are a UK based mail order company who have been trading since 2001, you can contact us by phone, email or postal mail
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide but outside of Europe is at the purchasers own risk. Please check your local laws before ordering.
How do you ship?
We use royal mail and send all UK packages first class recorded delivery. Foreign packages will be delivered by your national postal service and tracking is available for some orders – please contact us if you have a tracking query
How long does shipping take?
Uk orders generally take 1-3 working days and overseas orders 5-7 working days
Do you ship in original breeder packs?
Yes, always unless an special request is made by the customer to remove them
Do you send discretely?
Yes, we send all items in plain padded envelopes or cardboard boxes for bigger items and on the back all we have is our PO box return address. There is no mention of our company name or the contents of the order anywhere on the package
Legality of seeds in the UK
Cannabis seeds are legal in the UK, please check your local laws before ordering if you do not live in the UK.
How can I pay for my order?
Can I pay using a pre-paid or gift card?
Yes we can accept payment from any card with the VISA or Mastercard logo on but many gift cards have restricted use to the country they were issued in so check this before choosing a card to use.

Terms and conditions
Orders being shipped outside of the UK:
FEMALE-SEEDS.CO.UK will only answer order inquiries via an order number and indicate that either an order has or has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped overseas our responsibility for that order is over
Failure to receive an order due to the worlds postal systems is a purchaser liability as we cannot be held responsible for theft within foreign postal services and/or seizure by customs
FEMALE-SEEDS.CO.UK will NOT replace seized orders, as this could perhaps be interpreted to imply collusion and would be in conflict with our Terms & Conditions.
Missing Order Policy.
If your order is missing, we have a wait period of up to five weeks. letters get returned to us every week because an improper address or recipient name is used. It takes up to five weeks or more for a letter to be returned to us so we ask that you be patient and most of all polite, so we can quickly help to resolve the problem.

FEMALE-SEEDS.CO.UK does not assume any responsibility if seeds are confiscated by customs or similar agencies. The risk of shipping falls on the customer therefore we will not be held liable as these products are intended only for export to countries where their use is not restricted. FEMALE-SEEDS.CO.UK does not accept any product-liability.

All products here are sold for collection and specimen and I further state that I am purchasing these items at my own risk, and that I will not, hold female-seeds.co.uk liable for any harm done to my self or any other life form by the use, misuse or abuse of any products sold here. I agree not to use any merchandise purchased from female-seeds.co.uk in any illegal or dangerous manner. I understand that any information presented on this site is for informational purposes, and that no warranty to its accuracy.
In no event shall female-seeds.co.uk be liable for any damages other than the amount paid by me for product Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.
Privacy Policy.
FEMALE-SEEDS.CO.UK does not keep any records of clients nor any information created when visiting this site. Client information is kept private during any transactions and deleted/destroyed once that transaction is over.
Replacement Policy.
Any item received that is damaged will be replaced if sent back to us in the sealed container. This warranty is void if the packet has been opened.
Please note
All records of transaction are destroyed after 8 weeks and it is impossible to track items / orders that are alleged not to have arrived, have been intercepted or other wise.
Failure to contact us in this time frame is your responsibility, and we can not be held responsible for orders after the 8 week period has passed.
